To prevent the spread of COVID-19, the Office of Educational Affairs (KYOMU) is closed for visitors except for special cases referred to in (1) below.

1. KYOMU Office can only be visited in person for "Procedures which must be done in person at the KYOMU office" or for "Browsing of past entrance exams".
   • Hours of operation: 10:00 – 11:30 and 12:30-16:00 (CLOSED: Weekends, Holidays and days of school events)
   • Visitors should come alone - more than one person will not be permitted.
   • You must wear a mask while in the Human Sciences building.
   • Please use the hand sanitizer provided in the Human Sciences building to sanitize your hands.
   • Please try to finish using past entrance exams within a period of 10 minutes. If someone else is using them, please wait for them to finish.
   • You should leave the campus quickly after you finish your business.
2. Please use our contact form ( https://www.hus.osaka-u.ac.jp/contact_for_exam_lecture.html ) to make a consultation. Face-to-face consultation at the office is unavailable at the moment.
3. If you want to make an application for Certificates or Application forms for entrance examinations, please contact us using our contact form ( https://www.hus.osaka-u.ac.jp/contact_for_exam_lecture.html ).
   • Past entrance exam questions are not permitted to be sent by mail (including E-mail).
