Observing humans through data
We investigate the structure of the society by using an assortment of data collected in surveys and interviews. This field particularly emphasizes the analysis of large-scale data such as social surveys to objectively and scientifically understand society using broad perspectives. As such, this field produces the majority of students that graduate with the Certificate of Social Researcher. Subject matters are broad and encompass - occupation, family, politics, religion, education, culture, welfare, and etc. - allowing every student to find a topic that interests him or her.
